Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on accessories unless they have a quality defect, customized (made to order) products, pre-order items, or products that have been altered according to size specifications.

How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:

Please return the original item following the steps outlined above.

Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amount:

Refunds will cover the total value of the returned item(s).
